MYSPHERA has been selected to present its new ORVital solution at the European Health Management Association Congress, EHMA’s 2020, in its 25th annual European conference on health management. This year the venue is taking place digitally through the lens of Rotterdam on 17-19 November 2020. The theme is “Health Management: realigning systems, contexts and players”. The European Health Management Association (EHMA) is the custodian of the conference, which has been organised this year in collaboration with the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management; Erasmus Medical Centre; and the Healthcare Organisation of the Dutch Ministry of Defence.
The pioneer ORVital development was part of a ground-breaking European Innovation project called Operating Room 4.0, which has concluded with staggering results on the several hospitals that has been implemented so far. Our solution has been able to automate and orchestrate the surgical process engaging the different stakeholders with tailored applications with in-time information and tasks as patient flows move along the process.
The presentation will be led by our digital healthcare expert Jordi Rovira Simón and will include impacts on reduction of surgical backlogs and improvements on surgical activity, waiting list uptake and cancelations on the day. Furthermore, end-user satisfaction for the new way of working has been really positive and also reported. More than 60 hospitals endorse the work of MYSPHERA so far.
